Ok...the logo is from WET, the video game, starring Rubi Malone. This is on her shirt.
I have been looking for her shirt since the promos. This is as close as I can get from all the avalible pics. I know its not exact; it took me a week to draw this free hand.
I think the artist that got the closest with this monkey business logo is MadNefeline ([link]). Awesome costume, you look so much look Rubi with the hair.
